At Dazzy, every order ships free, worldwide. There is no minimum order and no hidden shipping fee at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.
Delivery time
- Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order is processed.
- Remote areas or busy holiday periods may take a little longer.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each one, at no extra cost.
Customs, duties and taxes
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are not controlled by Dazzy and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for a while or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will look into it right away.
